Q&A
Q&A quickly gives you the info you need to unblock your work. It can answer questions about specific teams, projects, and more by searching across the workspace pages you have access to.
Q&A searches pages you can access in your workspace. It never uses info from pages you can’t access.
Q&A can reference pages you’ve created, pages shared with you, and pages shared with everyone in your workspace.
Q&A’s answers depend on the information in your workspace. Having more content can help Q&A find relevant answers. We recommend having at least 100 pages to get the most out of Q&A. If your workspace has fewer pages, we may ask you to import content before you use Q&A.
It can take about an hour for new content to appear in Q&A results.
If Q&A can’t find an answer in your workspace, it will say so rather than give you an unsupported answer. This can also help you spot gaps in your documentation.
Help with tasks, such as creating a page or adding a diagram.

Answer questions about pages, people, and databases. Use @-mentions to focus your question.
Bring together info from databases and their properties.
Use the page you’re viewing as context.

Edit existing page content.
Filter database views or calculate totals, such as counting the rows in a view.
Q&A works best for questions about info in your workspace. For example, you can ask:
What are the key themes from last week's marketing team standup meeting?
What's the process for onboarding a new contractor?
What has my team been working on this week?
Can you create an itinerary for a trip to Tokyo?
Q&A may have trouble with requests to make changes or create specific layouts. For example:
Can you add a simple table to this page with 3 columns and 5 rows?
Can you file a task in this database?
