A great starting point
This template provides a solid way of keeping track of your client and prospective communication. I'm not a super huge fan of all it opinions in terms of the status and tags but these are easily configurable to your liking. Having a place outside of Upwork to keep track of this type of thing is ideal especially if you do business on multiple freelancing platforms so having something like this makes great sense.M
