Exercise program

About this template
This is an exercise program split into 3 phases with each one increasing in difficulty and intensity. There's a week-by-week tracker for each phase all you need to do is duplicate the chart for every new week. I've included an 'archive' for each phase so you can see how you have progressed and evaluate yourself weekly. I've also included a link to a fully detailed workout planner for anyone needing more guidance. The workouts included are more tailored to women and cater towards working out from home.
