Using Avery Clifton's DnD Character Sheet template as a foundation, this template was created as a baseline character sheet that can be modified further to suit player needs. The template includes character journal entries meant for session notes as well as tables and information specific to the rules of Advanced Dungeons & Dragons 2nd Edition.
