Great Starting Point For 1-2-1's
I'm a first time manager and I've been having some trouble putting in place structure to my new starter's training and development, particularly where we work in a really reactive environment and it's easy to get distracted by the day to day. This template has given us both a good framework to reset expectations and make sure that their development isn't being mismanaged and that all issues are managed in a productive and timely manner in the correct forum.
