- Example: Set "Exercise" with a goal of 4 times a week.
3. Track Your Progress
- Mark habits daily using checkboxes. View your progress as a percentage in the "Progress" column.
- Example: If you complete 3 out of 4 weekly goals for exercise, your progress will show 75%.
