Wenn du Slack bereits mit einem der Workspaces in deiner Organisation verbunden hast, empfehlen wir dir, die Verbindung zu trennen, bevor du die Slack-Enterprise-Grid-Verbindung einrichtest.
Wie kann ich Slack Enterprise Grid verbinden?
So verbindest du Slack Enterprise Grid mit der Notion-KI:

Einstellungen→Notion-KI.Wähle
Mit Slack verbindenaus.Wenn du den Slack-KI-Konnektor bereits eingerichtet hast, musst du die Verbindung trennen und die Notion-KI dann erneut mit dem Slack Enterprise Grid verbinden.
Während du Slack Enterprise Grid einrichtest, kannst du Slack in Enterprise Search nicht verwenden.
Befolge die Authentifizierungs-Prompts für Slack Enterprise Grid. Achte darauf, deine Slack Grid-Organisation unter
Your organizationsauszuwählen; wähle nicht aus deinen Workspaces aus.

Wähle die Slack-Workspaces aus, die in deinem Slack Enterprise Grid berücksichtigt werden sollen. Wir empfehlen, alle aktuellen und zukünftigen Workspaces hinzuzufügen.
Erteile der Notion-KI Zugriff und wähle
App hinzufügenaus.
Die Verbindung kann je nach Volumen deiner Slack-Daten bis zu 36 Stunden dauern.
Für alle weiteren Notion-Workspaces muss jeder Workspace-Admin Slack in den Notion-KI-Einstellungen des Workspaces verbinden. Der Notion-Workspace innerhalb der Notion-Organisation, der zuerst für die Einrichtung der Verbindung verwendet wurde, bestimmt, welche Slack-Workspaces die restlichen Notion-Workspaces über die Enterprise Search durchsuchen. Es ist keine zusätzliche Authentifizierung erforderlich.
Wenn ein Mitglied eines Notion-Workspace nicht in einem Slack-Workspace ist, den der Workspace über Grid verbunden hat, kann es keine Fragen zu diesem Slack-Workspace stellen.
Hinweis:
Sei vorsichtig beim Slack-Installationsprozess – du könntest mehrere Installations-/Deinstallationsanfragen für denselben Slack-Workspace auslösen. Jede Installation/Deinstallation startet einen Ingestions-/Bereinigungsprozess, der zeitaufwendig ist. Wenn diese Prozesse in schneller Folge ablaufen, kann dies zu einem instabilen Zustand führen.
Für Grid unterstützen wir keine Kanalauswahl. Admins können die Teams auswählen, die sie importieren möchten.

Make sure an admin has connected the Slack AI connector first. Then ask a Notion workspace owner to confirm Custom Agents are allowed to view and post messages in the Slack connector settings. Finally, confirm you're on a plan that supports Slack with Custom Agents.

Only Slack Org Admins (or Organization owners) can approve the installation for your whole Slack org, and select which Slack workspaces are included. Individual workspace admins can still manage which channels the agent participates in within their workspace.

No. The agent only joins the public channels you invite it to. Each agent connects to one workspace in your Grid at a time, and can also use org-wide channels shared with that workspace.

Yes. The installation for your Slack org powers Custom Agents, but members may still need to connect their personal Slack account to confirm who they are.

Check whether the channel is included in the agent's allowed channel list. Confirm you're signed into the right Slack workspace. You can also manually add the Slack channel by URL if it doesn't populate in your channel list.

The Custom Agent can only work in channels you explicitly allow. Add the channel to the agent's Slack access, then try again.
