How it works
- Confirms the sender is a real client (matched in your Projects database)
- Opens the client’s project page and reads the actual contract text (inside the page body)
- Pulls out each request from the email and checks it against what’s agreed vs excluded
When it detects scope creep
- Creates a new “New Request” task under the right project
- Quotes the contract to justify why it’s out of scope (no vague reasoning)
- Estimates time + cost using your Time Impact Calculator
- Drafts a warm, professional client reply including:
(saved as a draft for you to review—never sent automatically)- what they asked for
- why it’s additional work
- estimated hours/cost
- timeline impact
