Es perfecta, tiene todo lo necesario sin estar sobrecargada y por ende, sin sobre estimular tu mente. Me ayuda mucho a llevar el challenge de una forma más estructurada y me permite ver cómo voy, en qué estoy fallando y en qué me debo concentrar más <3S
