Være en Slack Enterprise Grid-administrator.

Hvordan kobler jeg til Slack Enterprise Grid?

Slik kobler du Slack Enterprise Grid til Notion AI:

Gå til Innstillinger → Notion KI.
Velg Koble til Slack.
- Hvis du allerede har konfigurert Slack KI-tilkoblingen, må du koble fra og deretter koble til på nytt med Slack Enterprise Grid.
- Mens du konfigurerer Slack Enterprise Grid, vil du ikke kunne bruke Slack i Enterprise-søk.
Følg autentiseringshjelpetekstene for Slack Enterprise Grid. Sørg for å velge Slack Grid-organisasjonen din under Dine organisasjoner; ikke velg fra arbeidsområdene dine.
Du blir omdirigert til Notion. Klikk på Velg Slack-arbeidsområder for å velge arbeidsområdene dine via Slack-administratorpanelet.
I Slack klikker du på Legg til i flere arbeidsområder.
Velg Slack-arbeidsområdene du ønsker skal vises i Slack Enterprise Grid. Vi anbefaler at du legger til alle nåværende og fremtidige arbeidsområder.
Gi tilgang til Notion AI og velg Legg til app.

Tilkoblingen kan ta opptil 36 timer avhengig av mengden Slack-data.

Koble til flere Notion-arbeidsområder

For alle ytterligere Notion-arbeidsområder må hver arbeidsområdeadministrator koble til Slack i Notion AI-innstillingene for arbeidsområdet. Det Notion-arbeidsområdet i Notion-organisasjonen som først ble brukt til å sette opp tilkoblingen, vil avgjøre hvilke Slack-arbeidsområder resten av Notion-arbeidsområdene skal søkes i via Enterprise-søk. Ingen ytterligere autentisering vil være nødvendig.
Hvis et medlem av et Notion-arbeidsområde ikke er i et Slack-arbeidsområde som arbeidsområdet har koblet til via Grid, vil de ikke kunne søke i eller stille spørsmål om det Slack-arbeidsområdet.

Merk:

Vær forsiktig med Slack-installasjonsprosessen — du kan utløse flere installasjons-/avinstalleringsforespørsler for det samme Slack-arbeidsområdet. Hver installasjon/avinstallasjon starter en prosess for datainnhenting/opprydding, noe som er tidkrevende. Hvis disse prosessene skjer i rask rekkefølge, kan det føre til en ustabil tilstand.
For Grid støtter vi ikke valg av kanaler. Administratorer kan velge hvilke team de vil hente inn data fra.

Vanlige spørsmål

Why don't I see Slack as an option when setting up a Custom Agent?

Make sure an admin has connected the Slack AI connector first. Then ask a Notion workspace owner to confirm Custom Agents are allowed to view and post messages in the Slack connector settings. Finally, confirm you're on a plan that supports Slack with Custom Agents.

Who can install Custom Agents?

Only Slack Org Admins (or Organization owners) can approve the installation for your whole Slack org, and select which Slack workspaces are included. Individual workspace admins can still manage which channels the agent participates in within their workspace.

Will the agent have access to every channel in our Grid?

No. The agent only joins the public channels you invite it to. Each agent connects to one workspace in your Grid at a time, and can also use org-wide channels shared with that workspace.

Do members still need to connect their own Slack account?

Yes. The installation for your Slack org powers Custom Agents, but members may still need to connect their personal Slack account to confirm who they are.

Why can't the Custom Agent see a channel I expected?

Check whether the channel is included in the agent's allowed channel list. Confirm you're signed into the right Slack workspace. You can also manually add the Slack channel by URL if it doesn't populate in your channel list.

Why can the Custom Agent post in one channel, but not another?

The Custom Agent can only work in channels you explicitly allow. Add the channel to the agent's Slack access, then try again.
