Youform

Overview

Youform provides an intuitive no-code builder to help make forms, surveys and quizzes. With Youform's Notion integration you can send your form submissions to Notion database and then search, filter or add your own workflow.

How to use

1. Go to your form → Integrate → Notion.
2. Click on the "connect" button and follow the instructions there.
