SiteSeam

Overview

SiteSeam connects directly to your Notion workspace so every high-intent lead becomes a structured Notion page automatically. Once connected, you choose the Notion database where pages should be created. Setup takes just a couple of minutes and requires no technical work—authorize access, pick a database, and you’re ready to go.

After setup, SiteSeam watches for the moments that matter on your website. Contact form submissions, bookings, and instant quote requests are captured in real time and turned into new pages in your selected Notion database. Each page includes the lead’s contact details, the page and form they came from, and any booking or quote context, so your team has everything they need without copying or pasting.

The connection is fully flexible and easy to manage. You can verify the flow with a test lead, change the connected database at any time, reconnect if permissions change, or disconnect whenever you want. Your team stays in Notion, your database stays clean and consistent, and SiteSeam quietly keeps everything in sync in the background.

How to use

1. Open the Integrations page in SiteSeam
In your SiteSeam dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations. This is where you manage all third-party connections.

2. Connect your Notion workspace
Search for Notion and click Connect Notion. You’ll be redirected to Notion to approve access. This allows SiteSeam to create pages in your workspace—nothing else.

3. Select a destination Notion database
After approving access, return to SiteSeam and choose the Notion database where new pages should be created. This database will receive all future SiteSeam lead activity.

4. Publish or confirm a lead widget on your site
Make sure your SiteSeam site has a live contact form, booking widget, or instant quote widget. These widgets are what trigger page creation in Notion.

5. Submit a test lead
Fill out the form or submit a test booking on your site. This confirms the integration is working and lets you see exactly how pages will appear in Notion.

6. Verify the page in Notion
Open your selected Notion database and look for the newly created page. You’ll see the lead’s contact details, the source page and form, and any booking or quote information captured automatically.

7. Use Notion as your workspace
From here on, your team can work entirely in Notion—adding notes, assigning owners, updating statuses, or connecting the page to existing workflows.

8. Manage or update the connection anytime
Back in SiteSeam, use List Connections to view status, switch the connected database, reconnect if permissions change, or disconnect the integration. Existing Notion pages are never deleted.
