Olsen
Olsen is the first Notion template I’ve used that didn’t require a complete overhaul to support the real needs of my design studio. Even after just a couple of weeks, it’s already streamlined how we work (and that’s without any customisation). It’s the kind of system that meets you where you are, whether you’re a solo freelancer or part of a team. Thoughtfully designed, it’s equally as beautiful (which, as designers, matters) as it is functional. I’m looking forward to customising it with our branding and eventually welcoming our clients into the Olsen client portals as well.S

ONE DAY IN AND I FEEL SUPERHUMAN
I'm in the process of setting up my workspace and I literally had to stop to write this review. This is not cheap -- however, after starting to set up and the amount of curation, thought and intuitive set up is PHENOMENAL.
I'm new to Notion and everything can be very overwhelming to start from scratch. This was just what I needed. Also, as a Libra who is very fixated on the aesthetics... this fits the bill.

Great game changer !
I run a branding/social media studio and this template finally brings tasks, projects, clients, and finances into one clean system. The “front office / back office” split makes daily work obvious, and the built-in tutorials cut the learning curve to almost zero. I really appreciate the template’s aesthetics; there are resources to customize it, and the whole system is both attractive and ergonomic. After a week, our team stopped duplicating docs and started actually tracking the work that matters. Highly recommend if you want a calm, structured workspace that scales.R
