About
Stop leaving your best ideas as unfinished drafts.
Most professionals have more than enough raw material for great long form content — client conversations, workshop transcripts, frameworks they use daily, opinions they have developed over years. What they lack is the time to turn that material into polished articles consistently.
This agent solves that entirely.
The Article Agent fires automatically the moment an Article entry appears in your Content Calendar database with Status set to Queued. It reads the Content Brief, loads your Article Content Skill page — which defines your exact voice, article structure, headline approach, and what you never say — and writes a complete finished article ready for your review.
For articles destined for your blog, it also loads your SEO Guide automatically — identifying the primary keyword, placing it correctly, writing the meta description, and noting internal link suggestions. All without being asked.
No generic AI content. No structural inconsistency between articles. No time spent staring at a blank page.
What it does:
→ Fires automatically when an Article entry appears in Content Calendar with Status = Queued → Reads the Content Brief written by the Content Orchestrator — or one you write yourself → Loads your Article Content Skill page before writing every single article → Determines the article type from the Content Brief — Practical How-To or Informational Explainer → Loads the SEO Guide automatically when the article is destined for your blog → Loads Article Examples only when needed for pattern matching — not by default → Writes a complete finished article following your exact voice, structure, and standards → Adds a full SEO Summary block at the top of the draft when SEO is applied — keyword, headline, meta description, word count, internal link suggestions → Updates Word Count and Status to Draft Ready when complete
What you get:
→ Finished long form articles written automatically in your voice — not generic AI content → Automatic article type selection — Practical How-To or Informational Explainer based on the brief → Built-in SEO optimisation for blog content — loads only when needed, never by default → Full progressive disclosure architecture — the agent loads your Article Skill page, Article Examples, and SEO Guide selectively so every run is lean and focused → Article Content Skill page included as a template — with full instructions on how to customise it for your own voice → Article Examples reference page included — with structural notes on what to notice in each example. Replace the placeholder examples with your own real articles for best results. → SEO Guide reference page included — complete SEO framework for blog content. Update branding references before use. → Setup guide included covering standalone use, full bundle setup, SEO configuration, and troubleshooting
How it works:
The agent triggers when a new page is added to your Content Calendar database with Content Type = Article and Status = Queued. It reads the Content Brief from the page body, loads your Article Content Skill page, determines the article type, checks whether SEO is needed based on the Platform property, writes the complete finished article into the page body under an Article Draft heading, adds the SEO Summary block if applicable, updates Word Count, and sets Status to Draft Ready.
The article quality is directly determined by how well your Article Content Skill page describes your voice — and how real the examples in your Article Examples page are. The included template pages walk you through exactly what to fill in. The more specific your skill page and the more your examples sound like you, the more your articles will too.
Perfect for: Founders, consultants, marketers, and business owners who want consistent long form content — blog posts, thought leadership articles, and explainers — that sound exactly like them without spending hours writing every piece from scratch.
Replaces: Manual article writing, inconsistent structure and tone across pieces, time spent briefing yourself or a writer, and the hours lost turning good ideas into finished publishable content.
Requirements: Notion Business or Enterprise plan.
Part of the Content Repurposing Agent Bundle
This agent is designed to work as part of a 4-agent content system built entirely inside Notion.
The full bundle includes:
→ Content Orchestrator Agent — analyses raw content, decides formats, writes structured briefs, creates Content Calendar entries automatically → LinkedIn Agent — picks up LinkedIn entries and writes finished posts in your voice → Article Agent (this agent) — picks up Article entries and writes publish-ready long form articles → Weekly Report Agent — runs every Friday, compiles everything produced that week, emails you a summary
How the bundle works together:
The Orchestrator creates Content Calendar entries with Content Type = Article and Status = Queued. The Article Agent watches for exactly those entries and fires automatically the moment one appears. It writes the finished article into the same page body and updates Status to Draft Ready. The Weekly Report Agent picks up everything marked Published at the end of each week.
The database is the communication layer. No agent calls another directly — they coordinate through shared database entries. This is what makes the system reliable, cost-efficient, and easy to extend.
Using this agent as a standalone:
This agent works perfectly on its own without the Content Orchestrator installed.
Create a new page in your Content Calendar database manually. Set Content Type to Article. Set Platform to your blog name if you want SEO optimisation applied. Write your own Content Brief directly into the page body — the setup guide shows you the exact structure to follow. Set Status to Queued. The Article Agent fires automatically and writes the finished article.
The Orchestrator removes the manual brief-writing step entirely by reading your raw content and writing the brief for you. But even without it, this agent produces strong publish-ready articles from any brief you write yourself.

Built by Anish — Certified Notion Consulting Partner
This agent was built with the same deliberate architecture as the rest of the bundle. The agent instructions are intentionally lean — the intelligence lives in your Article Content Skill page and reference pages, not in the agent itself. This means the agent adapts completely to your voice simply by reading your skill page. Change your skill page and every future article reflects that change automatically.
The SEO Guide loads only when the article is destined for your blog. The Article Examples load only when the agent needs a pattern match reference. Nothing loads by default that does not need to. This is what keeps the agent fast, cost-efficient, and focused.

P.S. This agent is part of a 4-agent bundle. The Content Orchestrator, LinkedIn Agent, and Weekly Report Agent are listed separately on the Notion Marketplace. If you cannot find them yet, they may still be in the submission and review stage. Send me an email at [[email protected]] and I will share them with you directly as soon as they are live.
