Manage your Mail & Calendar settings

Mail & Calendar settings brings your email and calendar connections together in one place, so you can quickly see what accounts are connected, connect additional accounts, or disconnect accounts you no longer use.

Mail & Calendar settings is where you manage your email and calendar accounts connected to your Notion account. If you use Notion Mail or Notion Calendar, these connections sync across all three apps.

Mail & Calendar settings give you a central place to manage:

• Which email accounts are connected

• Which calendar accounts are connected

• Connection status, so you can tell what’s working at a glance

Connecting your email and calendar accounts can help power features like:

• Using Personal and Custom Agents with Mail and Calendar to search your inbox and calendar, draft emails, schedule and take notes for your meetings, and more.

• Managing projects and tasks from Notion databases in your calendar

• Organizing email in Notion — for example, syncing email threads into a database so each thread can become a page you can track and manage like the rest of your work

Find Mail & Calendar in your Settings:

1. Open your sidebar → {Workspace name} → Settings

2. Under Account → Mail & Calendar

You’ll see Connected emails and Connected calendars — add and disconnect your connected email and calendar accounts across providers here.

Reconnect an account

You may be prompted to reconnect if:

• Your email or calendar provider requires you to sign in again — for example, after a password change

• Your provider revoked or expired the permissions Notion needs to keep syncing

If you’re prompted to reconnect, follow the on-screen steps to sign in again. Once reconnected, changes will sync across Notion apps.
