Here, you’ll manage everything from scheduling a full event timeline—including pre-event milestones and each day’s schedule—to sourcing wellness-specific materials like meditation cushions, yoga mats, and herbal teas. Vendor coordination tasks are built-in, making it easy to confirm arrival times for your plant-based caterer, breathwork facilitator, or sound healing specialist.
