Notion verifies organizations in-house using the documents you provide us and public databases. Please submit all of your documentation along with your application to ensure our team can verify your organization.
Once your organization is verified, our team will automatically apply the discount and you will receive an automatic email from Notion notifying you of this change. If you are on the Free Plan, once you recieve our "coupon applied" email, you will be able to upgrade with the new, discount pricing.

How do I apply for the Notion for Nonprofits discount?
To apply, please submit your organization’s information via the Notion form. Once your organization is verified, our team will automatically apply the discount to your Business Plan. If you are on a Free Plan, you will be able to upgrade to the Business Plan pricing after we have verified and accepted your organization into the program. We will notify you via email once your organization has been approved.
To submit your application, Notion needs your Workspace ID. You can find this ID under Settings → General, at the very bottom of the tab.

Each organization can request discounts for up to three workspaces.
What happens after I submit my application?
After you submit your application through the Notion form, the Notion team will verify your application in 3 to 7 business days.
