Refinder empowers businesses by seamlessly connecting various work tools into one unified search space. With Refinder, you can link your Notion content and other data sources directly to Refinder’s intelligent search engine. This allows you to search, filter, and organize your scattered information in one place. Data Privacy and AI Usage
To be clear about our AI implementation: Refinder provides personalized information that is exclusively used for each individual user. User data, including any content from Notion, is never used to improve the Refinder service itself or to train any central, non-personalized AI models. All user information is strictly segregated on a per-user basis to ensure complete privacy and data isolation.

1. Navigate to the Add App Section
Go to Management > APP and select Add App to begin the process.

2. Select Notion
From the app list, choose Notion to start setting up the integration.

3. Input an Alias for the Connected Service
Enter a unique alias for the connected Notion service to easily identify it within Refinder.

4. Generate an API Token
Follow the instructions on this page to create your API token.

5. Enter the API Token and Save
Copy the API token and paste it into the designated field in Refinder, then click Save to complete the integration.
