Hello lovely,

4 months ago, I was admitted into treatment for Anorexia which was truly magical. Finally, I felt safe, finally I understood it never had anything to do with food, finally I could understand why recovery is a gift.

Now I want to share this magic.


Some of the goodies included are:

Daily Journaling Prompts: Therapeutic prompts to help you explore your thoughts and feelings, encouraging self-reflection and awareness. Journaling can be a powerful tool to understand your journey and track your progress over time.

Mood, Medicine and Symptoms Trackers: Easily record your emotions and achievements. These feature helps you visualize your journey, showing you how far you’ve come and what lies ahead.

Challenge and Milestone: Setting challenges and intentions mindfully each day is important in progression. Every small step forward is a victory worth celebrating.



Daily Serenity and Affirmation: One of the tools Iearned while away in South Africa was taking time to reflect and take inventory of the day.

Self-Care Planner + Morning and Evening routines: Prioritize time for youself with dedicated space for planning mindful activities and restful breaks. Routine is also crucial for recovery not only for physical but also emotional stability.

Therapeutic Schedule and Notes: The "Clinic Hub" is a safe space to write notes on therapy sessions, quickly contact your team and log any therapeutic homework.

Meal Companion: a space to invite your dietician (via email address) to collaborate on your meal plan, recipes and easily log photos (if required)

Resource Library: Here you can curate your own collections of inspiring or enjoyable books, podcasts, and videos that offer wisdom, comfort, and hope. Find strength in stories of resilience and surround yourself with positivity and encouragement.

Community and Team: Where the true magic lies is in others strength, hope and support. Alongside logging your teams contacts, you can also add contacts of your recovery community. The Healing Hub is designed collaboratively with love, understanding and personal experience. As someone who has walked this path, I created this template to provide the kind of support and structure I was lucky enough to find in South Africa.
