This is a planning template to help log and prioritize problems by plotting them on an Effort vs. Impact matrix.

  • How to use this template

    1. Add Your Problems:

      • Go to the "Problem List" table.

      • Add each problem as a new row with a clear name and relevant details.

    2. Set Impact and Effort:

      • For each problem, assign an Impact and Effort value:

        • Choose High or Low for each field.

    3. View Your Matrix:

      • The problem will automatically appear in the matrix below, sorted into one of the four quadrants:

        • Quick Wins (High Impact, Low Effort).

        • Major Projects (High Impact, High Effort).

        • Low-Hanging Fruit (Low Impact, Low Effort).

        • Time Wasters (Low Impact, High Effort).

    4. Take Action:

      • Focus first on Quick Wins to maximize efficiency.

      • Plan resources for Major Projects.

      • Handle Low-Hanging Fruit if time allows.

      • Avoid or delegate Time Wasters.
