About this template
In this template, I've provided four modules to help you manage your items effectively. They are:
1. Item Classification
2. Item Management
3. Purchase Channel Management
4. Purchasing List
I have also added quick add buttons and database entries for each module, making it easier for you to add and manage items in bulk.
In these four modules, the Item Classification Module helps you categorize all items into major categories such as beverages, cosmetics, snacks, household items, etc., for easier item management.
The Item Management Module allows you to record the expiration date of items, and the system will automatically calculate how many days are left until expiration.
Additionally, you can record other information such as purchase channels, item prices, and quantities to facilitate tracking your expenses.
The Purchase Channel Management Module can automatically summarize and calculate your weekly, monthly, and annual spending in various channels, such as Amazon, based on the item information you provide.
Lastly, for products that are used up or expired, you can add them to the shopping list with one click, and they will appear in the Purchasing List Module, which is very convenient!
