Refinder ToolSet Description
The Refinder ToolSet enhances the Refinder experience by acting as a powerful AI Agent within a user's workspace. Once a user connects their Notion account via secure OAuth authentication, the ToolSet is empowered to read and modify documents on the user's behalf.
These agent-driven actions are performed exclusively at the user's explicit request and are never initiated arbitrarily by the Refinder service. Simply put, the ToolSet allows an AI Agent to read and edit the user's Notion documents, but only when the user directs it to.
Data Privacy and AI Usage
To be clear about our AI implementation: Refinder provides personalized information that is exclusively used for each individual user. User data, including any content from Notion, is never used to improve the Refinder service itself or to train any central, non-personalized AI models. All user information is strictly segregated on a per-user basis to ensure complete privacy and data isolation.

How to use:
1. Get Started: First, sign up for a Refinder account or log in if you already have one.
2. Navigate to Agents: Find and click on the Agent Icon (shaped like a robot) in the sidebar menu on the left.
3. Create a New Agent: Click the “+ Create Agent” button to begin. You can give your agent a descriptive name, such as "Notion Agent".
4. Select the Notion Tool: In the "Connection Execution Tool" stage, click on “View All Tools” to see all available integrations, and then choose “Notion” from the list.
5. Authorize the Connection: A pop-up window will appear asking you to authorize access to your Notion workspace. Complete the OAuth authentication process, and then click the “Connect” button to link your account.
6. Finalize the Agent: After connecting, verify that “Notion” appears in the "Connected Action Tools" list. Once confirmed, click the “Create Agent” button to complete the setup.
7. Test Your Agent: Go to the settings screen for the agent you just created and select the “Preview” tab. You can now interact with your AI Agent. For example, type the command: "Show me all documents in Notion. Please answer in English." The agent will then access your Notion workspace and display the requested information.
