Fantastic workout tracker, highly recommended!
Decided to get into better shape and this template has been so easy to use! I am now tracking my workouts easily from my phone. Setting up all your exercises for the first time takes some effort but you only have to do it once! I have a free Notion account and I love this template. I would recommend it for anyone looking for an easy way to track their workout progress.P
