this has been awesome for tracking my job app progress
i've been applying to jobs for a while now and have felt overwhelmed by the different platforms and being at different stages of every job. i wanted to start tracking it just so I could see how much work I was putting in, because with the amount of ghosts and rejections I've been getting, I felt that my efforts were not amounting to anything.
BUT with this new tracker, i have a new sense of satisfaction every time I apply to a job ! It's helped me stay organized and has given bursts of motivation.L
