Emon

Emon transforms your Notion workspace into an automated CRM by introducing a new way to sync your Outlook emails to Notion. Emon monitors your inbox in real-time, with emails typically arriving to Notion within 15 seconds. But unlike basic email integrations, Emon links each email to the involved contacts in a simple, but efficient format.

For each email, Emon extracts all participants and the email body, and creates or updates the corresponding Notion contact(s) with the new email appearing as a collapsible toggle block within that contact's page. On the database level: Emon records the last contacted date, email subject, and email snippet for each contact so you can easily view the basics of all contacts.

With Emon you no longer have to manually keep track of your email communication or your contacts within Notion. Simply set up an account by linking your Microsoft 365 and Notion, and new emails will begin populating instantly. Set up takes less than 2 minutes, and you can set up an account for free!

1. Choose Your Plan: Visit emoncrm.com, click “Get Started” and select the plan that best fits your needs.
2. Sign in with Microsoft 365: Sign in with the Microsoft 365 email you want to sync to Notion.
3. Provide Your Name: When prompted, enter your name..
4. Connect to Notion: Authorize Emon to access the database that will sync your emails. Then, select “Use a template provided by the developer” for instant database configuration!
5. Select the Notion Database for Syncing: When prompted to select a database, pick "Emon Template” – this is the template that we created.
6. If you selected a paid plan, complete your purchase by checking out on Stripe. Emon partners with Stripe for secure payment. If you selected a free tier, this step is skipped.
7. Verification: Once you complete these steps, you will be redirected to your Emon dashboard. Verify that you see “Sync Status: Active”. You’re all set! Send a test email and watch it populate in Notion within 15 seconds.
8. If you would like to sync your email history to Notion, select the green "Sync" button on your dashboard, and your CRM will populate with your old emails!
