The chart doesn't update properly

Hi there, the instructions are not clear and the chart does not update the numbers automatically. There's also confusion around the dates. Can you please assist? I'd like this to be automatic and easy as I thought thats what I was buying. The chart does not show the correct numbers as what I input.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. I have reviewed the template on my end, and the chart is functioning correctly. To update the number, please click the “Update” button located in the right corner of the chart. Dates can also be easily changed. Simply click on the dates and select the current date. You can also archive the previous data. Kindly regards, Ecaterina

How to change categories name

Can't change category's name. Even if I delete them, they still there(

Hello, In order to change category, open it, rename it, or add a new category, simply click on the “New Page” button. I have verified that there are no current errors with the template. Kind regards, Ecaterina
