Product Roadmap & Feedback System

This template is a complete system for managing internal projects, collecting user feedback, and sharing selected updates through a public roadmap and changelog. It’s built with Notion automations and structured databases to ensure a clean separation between internal operations and public communication without doubling the work.

You’ll find separate databases for:

• Projects (Internal & Public):

  Internal projects are fully editable within your team. When ready, you can create a synced copy using the

  Create Public Version

  button, which shares a limited public version while keeping sensitive info private. Statuses stay synced automatically.

• Feedback (Internal & Public):

  Users can submit feature requests or report bugs via a form, which goes into your internal feedback database. Team members triage each submission, assign it, and respond. Once finalized, relevant feedback can be made public via synced copies.

• Changelog:

  Document every update, improvement, or fix. Changelog entries can be linked to projects, and because feedback is linked to those same projects, it builds a traceable loop from user voice to public action.

• Dashboards ("Me" Page, Inbox, Public View):

  Each team member gets a personalized dashboard showing only the items assigned to them.
  A shared
