Great for managing relationships!
I live on a small lane with only a few people, and this is helping me keep track of everyone's information, what we lend to each other, and our gatherings and how they went. The only thing that's a little confusing is the "Happy" factor. That was a little more complicated than was worth it so I deleted those Happy properties. Otherwise I love it!J
