Om Slack Enterprise Grid te koppelen aan Notion AI, moet je:

Het Enterprise-abonnement van Notion hebben, met meer dan één lid in je Notion workspace.
Een geverifieerd e-maildomein hebben in Notion.
Een Notion eigenaar zijn, en de workspace-eigenaar voor de Notion workspace waar de AI Connector is geïnstalleerd.
Een Slack Enterprise Grid-beheerder zijn.

Als je Slack al hebt gekoppeld aan een van de workspaces in je organisatie, raden we aan de koppeling te verbreken voordat je de Slack Enterprise Grid-koppeling instelt.

Hoe koppel ik Slack Enterprise Grid?

Om Slack Enterprise Grid te koppelen aan Notion AI:

Ga naar Instellingen → Notion AI.
Selecteer Koppel Slack.
- Als je de Slack AI Connector al hebt ingesteld, moet je de koppeling verbreken en vervolgens opnieuw koppelen met Slack Enterprise Grid.
- Terwijl je Slack Enterprise Grid instelt, kun je Slack niet gebruiken in Enterprise Search.
Volg de authenticatieprompts voor Slack Enterprise Grid. Zorg ervoor dat je je Slack Grid-organisatie kiest onder Jouw organisaties; selecteer deze niet vanuit je workspaces.
Je wordt omgeleid naar Notion. Klik op Slack workspaces selecteren om je workspaces te selecteren via je Slack admin dashboard.
Klik in Slack op Toevoegen aan meer workspaces.
Selecteer de Slack workspaces die je wilt laten weergeven in je Slack Enterprise Grid. We raden aan om alle huidige en toekomstige workspaces toe te voegen.
Verleen toegang aan Notion AI en selecteer App toevoegen.

De koppeling kan tot 36 uur duren, afhankelijk van de hoeveelheid Slack-gegevens.

Extra Notion workspaces koppelen

Voor elke extra Notion workspace moet de beheerder van de workspace Slack koppelen in de Notion AI-instellingen van de workspace. Welke Notion workspace in de Notion-organisatie ook als eerste werd gebruikt om de koppeling op te zetten, bepaalt in welke Slack workspaces de rest van de Notion workspaces via Enterprise Search kunnen zoeken. Er is geen aanvullende authenticatie vereist.
Als een lid van een Notion-workspace niet in een Slack-workspace zit die de workspace via Grid heeft gekoppeld, kan diegene geen vragen stellen over die Slack-workspace of daar informatie opvragen.

Opmerking:

Wees voorzichtig met het installatieproces van Slack — je kunt meerdere installatie-/verwijderingsverzoeken voor dezelfde Slack-werkruimte activeren. Elke installatie of verwijdering start een opname-/opschoonproces dat tijdrovend is. Als deze processen snel na elkaar plaatsvinden, kan dit leiden tot een instabiele situatie.
Voor Grid ondersteunen we geen kanaalselectie. Beheerders kunnen de teams selecteren die ze willen opnemen.

Veelgestelde vragen

Why don't I see Slack as an option when setting up a Custom Agent?

Make sure an admin has connected the Slack AI connector first. Then ask a Notion workspace owner to confirm Custom Agents are allowed to view and post messages in the Slack connector settings. Finally, confirm you're on a plan that supports Slack with Custom Agents.

Who can install Custom Agents?

Only Slack Org Admins (or Organization owners) can approve the installation for your whole Slack org, and select which Slack workspaces are included. Individual workspace admins can still manage which channels the agent participates in within their workspace.

Will the agent have access to every channel in our Grid?

No. The agent only joins the public channels you invite it to. Each agent connects to one workspace in your Grid at a time, and can also use org-wide channels shared with that workspace.

Do members still need to connect their own Slack account?

Yes. The installation for your Slack org powers Custom Agents, but members may still need to connect their personal Slack account to confirm who they are.

Why can't the Custom Agent see a channel I expected?

Check whether the channel is included in the agent's allowed channel list. Confirm you're signed into the right Slack workspace. You can also manually add the Slack channel by URL if it doesn't populate in your channel list.

Why can the Custom Agent post in one channel, but not another?

The Custom Agent can only work in channels you explicitly allow. Add the channel to the agent's Slack access, then try again.
