Met Archiveren kun je pagina's als verouderd markeren om je workspace opgeruimd te houden en je zoekresultaten te verbeteren.

Gearchiveerde pagina’s hebben een banner die aangeeft wie ze heeft gearchiveerd en wanneer, en ze zijn standaard verborgen in de zoekresultaten, de zijbalk en de databaseweergaven. Als je een bovenliggende pagina archiveert, worden de bijbehorende subpagina's automatisch ook gearchiveerd.

Om te archiveren, klik je op ••• rechtsboven op een pagina en selecteer je Archiveren.

The sidebar was getting far too crowded. So we organized it into four new tabs, with easy access to your pages, agent chats, meetings, and notifications. And it’s way more customizable: you decide which sections to toggle on and off.

Presentation mode started in a very Notion way: Randy and Cole on our design team woke up one day and decided, “presenting a Notion page should be easy… and fun.” So they built it. Now, you can present directly from a page without having to rebuild your work. Try it with the shortcut ⌘ + opt + p on Mac, or Ctrl + alt + p on Windows.

Keep your workspace clean as it grows: now you can mark old pages as archived instead of deleting them, so they stay accessible without cluttering search and navigation. Archived pages are hidden from search by default, so they’re a great tool to improve your team’s AI responses.

• Markdown Content API: Markdown tools can now read and write Notion directly, which makes integrations simpler and more reliable.

• SDK improvements: Integrations are now easier to build and more reliable, with automatic retries, Markdown and Meeting Notes support, and clearer setup warnings, so workflows break less often and ship faster.

Om een pagina aan te wijzen als een vaardigheid ga je in het Menu ••• naar Gebruiken met AI → Gebruiken als AI-vaardigheid. Je kunt alles beheren via Instellingen → Notion AI → Algemeen.

Met aangepaste instructies kun je precies bepalen hoe AI-vergadernotities worden gemaakt, zodat je na afloop van de vergadering een samenvatting op maat hebt. Deel context over je team en projecten voor hogere nauwkeurigheid of definieer secties, toon en lengte om de indeling te vormen.

Workspace-eigenaars kunnen nu beleid over toestemming voor AI-vergadernotities instellen voor de hele workspace. Als je deze optie inschakelt, wordt er aan het begin van elke transcriptie automatisch een toestemmingsbericht afgespeeld, zodat iedereen weet dat je AI-vergadernotities gebruikt.

Beheerders kunnen dit op elk moment veranderen via de optie Toestemming afdwingen voor alle leden van de workspace in Instellingen → Notion AI → AI-vergadernotities.

Notion AI kan nu je Salesforce-gegevens (accounts, contacten, leads en opportunities) doorzoeken, op dezelfde manier als alle andere gegevens in je workspace. Stel vragen over je pipeline of dealgeschiedenis of laat een beknopt overzicht van een contact maken, zonder dat je Notion hoeft te verlaten. Ga naar AI-connectors in de instellingen van Notion AI om aan de slag te gaan.

Dashboard views are a new database view for better visibility and context. This lets teams (and agents) easily assemble beautiful, glanceable overviews directly on top of their databases. Combine multiple views, KPIs, and key properties into one “control panel” so you can see what matters at a glance and act quickly.
