✦ Every week use buttons to add daily entries to your habit tracker
✦ End of day, add 'yes' 'no' or 'so-so' to each planned activity
✦ Add your mood, flow and connection scores and a short reflection / thought / summary
✦ Clearly see the habits that are suffering and those that are conquered
