Great layout and easy to use
there are quite a few similar templates out there, i like this one because it resonant the most with me for what information i wanted on a travel planner!

intuitive my ass
very hard for the beginner databases with relations, very hard to edit if you don't know how to work with them wasted morning trying to edit it for my trip and threw it away
