SlapPortal turns your Notion databases into client-facing portals. Control exactly what external users see and edit - down to individual properties. No need to rebuild an interface or duplicate data.
Why give it a try? 🔒 Field-level access control: decide which properties each user can see or edit. 👀 Each user sees only their own data: set rules based on Notion relations so clients only access what's relevant to them. 💬 Comments synced with Notion: portal users can comment directly, and everything stays centralized in your Notion workspace. 🙈 Internal comments stay internal: any comment starting with # is hidden from portal users. 🗂️ Multiple databases, one portal: connect several Notion databases and organize them as tabs. 📄 Your Notion pages, as you designed them: SlapPortal renders the actual layout of your Notion pages. Perfect for content approvals, reports, or any page your clients need to see exactly as it looks in Notion. ⚡ Always up to date: every change in Notion shows up instantly in the portal. 🔗 Works with SlapMail: pair SlapPortal with SlapMail so clients can reply from the portal or from email - all communication stays synced on the right Notion page.
We built it for teams that use Notion as their source of truth and need to share specific data with clients, partners, or external stakeholders - without giving them full workspace access. They use SlapPortal to: ✅ Let clients view and interact with their support tickets ✅ Share project progress with stakeholders ✅ Get content approvals directly from the portal ✅ Manage client communication in one place
