BusyBee checks your calendar and your team’s availability to suggest meeting times and help confirm customer meetings. When using it, include the customer’s time zone, the meeting duration, the date range, which Clutch team members should be included, and make sure to tag the right person.

“Find 30-minute meeting options with a customer in Eastern Time next week, between Tuesday and Thursday, including @John, @Maria, and @Alex”.
