Very useful and customizable!
I liked it a lot, even if I personalized it with some additions:
-I added a week (because i want to plan the next to go shopping in advance)
-I added a recap of the type of protein and type of carbs eaten during the current and future week (so I can check how many times per week I eat legumes, eggs, white or red meat, cheese, etc)

Dream Meal Planner
This template is everything I could ask for. This just has all the ideas in my head come true, a fully functional meal planner which also has grocery shopping list! Love it!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐A
