Helena - AI Marketing Agent | Enrich Labs

Helena is an AI marketing agent that works with the Notion pages you choose to share. Connect your Notion workspace once, then ask Helena in natural language to find and summarize pages, retrieve page details and content, create new pages, update page properties, or append new content blocks.

Use the connection to bring campaign briefs, product context, research, and project notes into your marketing workflow without repeatedly copying and pasting between tools. For example, Helena can read a campaign brief from Notion before drafting content, create a new page for a marketing plan, or append an approved update to an existing page.

You control the connection. During Notion authorization, you select the workspace and pages Helena may access. Helena can only work with content made available to the connection, and you can disconnect it at any time from AI Marketing Agent or manage its page access in Notion.

1. Open AI Marketing Agent at
   https://agent.enrichlabs.ai
   and sign in to your workspace.
2. Select Integrations in the left sidebar.
3. Search for Notion and select Connect.
4. In Notion's authorization screen, choose the workspace and pages you want to share, then approve access.
5. After Notion redirects you to AI Marketing Agent, confirm that the Notion card shows Connected and displays your workspace name.
6. Open a chat with Helena and describe what you want to do. For example: “Find my Q3 campaign brief in Notion and summarize the goals,” “Create a Notion page for this launch plan,” or “Append these approved notes to my campaign page.”
7. Review Helena's response and follow the Notion page link when one is returned.
8. To change access later, update the pages shared with the connection in Notion. To remove the connection, return to Integrations in AI Marketing Agent and select Disconnect.
