Bulk Certificate Generator connects Notion to IssueBadge, the digital credentialing platform, so you can issue professional certificates and badges to everyone in a database in one click.Point it at any database that holds your people - event attendees, course graduates, workshop participants, employees, volunteers. Pick one of your IssueBadge certificate designs, choose the email property, and press Send. The app issues a personalized certificate for every row, emails it to the recipient, and writes the result back to the database: a status stamp, the IssueBadge Issue ID, and a public certificate URL.Rows that already have an Issue ID are skipped automatically, so you can re-run safely as new rows arrive. Certificates are verifiable through IssueBadge's public verification pages and recipients can share them on LinkedIn.Your data stays yours: the app has no database of its own. Recipient names and emails go from Notion to IssueBadge over HTTPS solely to issue the certificates you request. The IssueBadge API key is stored only in your browser.

1. Open the app and click "Connect Notion", then choose the pages/databases you want it to access. (You can also paste an internal integration token instead.)2. Enter your IssueBadge API key - create a free account at app.issuebadge.com and copy the key from Settings > API. Click "Save & test".3. Pick the database with your recipients, the badge/certificate design, and the email property.4. Click "Send certificates". The app creates IssueBadge Status / Issue ID / URL properties automatically and fills them for every row.5. Re-run any time - rows that already have an Issue ID are skipped.
