Slack Enterprise Grid AI Connector

Who can connect Slack Enterprise Grid to Notion AI?
To connect Slack Enterprise Grid to Notion AI, you must:
Be on Notion’s Enterprise Plan, with more than one member in your Notion workspace.
Have a verified email domain in Notion.
Be a Notion organization owner, and the workspace owner for the Notion workspace where the AI Connector is installed.
Be a Slack Enterprise Grid admin.
If you’ve already connected Slack to any of the workspaces in your organization, we recommend disconnecting before setting up the Slack Enterprise Grid connection.

The connection can take up to 36 hours depending on the volume of your Slack data.
For any additional Notion workspaces, each workspace admin needs to connect Slack in the workspace’s Notion AI settings. Whichever Notion workspace in the Notion organization was used to first set up the connection will dictate the Slack workspaces that the rest of the Notion workspaces will search in via Enterprise Search. No additional authentication will be required.

If a member of a Notion workspace is not in a Slack workspace that the workspace has connected through Grid, they will not be able to query or ask questions about that Slack workspace.

Note:
Be careful with the Slack installation flow — you might trigger multiple install/uninstall requests for the same Slack workspace. Each install/uninstall initiates an ingestion/cleanup flow, which is time-consuming. If these processes occur in rapid succession, it could result in an unstable state.
For Grid, we don’t support any channel selection. Admins can select the teams they want to ingest.
