Refund
Hi, I added the Study Time Tracker template, but the main feature — the charts — doesn’t work on my account. It shows “Your workspace has already used its 1 free chart. Upgrade to get unlimited charts,” since I’m on Notion’s free plan. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the listing, and the charts are listed as a key feature (“Data Visualization,” “Progress Insights”).
Since a core part of the template doesn’t work without paying for a separate Notion upgrade, I’d like to request a refund. Please let me know how to proceed.
