this is bs template guys i recently saved some leads but after some times my all leads removed

Sad to hear that but our template doesn't have any functionality which will result leads being removed automatically. Notion doesn't actually provide any automation to delete pages automatically. Probably, you might have set certain filters by mistake which results in leads being hidden. Simply clear the filter and you should see all the leads again.
