2. Walk you through a structured reflection: what shipped, what missed, what you learned

3. Co-create next quarter's OKRs with you — 2 objectives max, measurable key results, concrete projects

4. Challenge you if your OKRs don't ladder up to company strategy

5. Save the final OKRs to your database once you approve

The agent enforces good OKR hygiene: every key result needs a "Today: X → Target: Y" format, every objective needs projects with owners, and nothing gets saved without your sign-off.
