- Never sends, archives, or labels anything
unless you explicitly ask
- Collapses threads
into a single summary line
- Groups duplicate notifications
and related emails to cut noise
- Cross-references your calendar
to flag meeting-related emails (prep docs, time changes, etc.)
- Weekly rollup on request
— totals by category, unsubscribe suggestions, pattern insights
- Q&A via this chat
— ask things like "what did X say this week?" and get a summary with links
