What it covers:
Yesterday's overall completion rate across everything you track — habits, tasks, journaling, workouts, content, and more
Individual streaks for each habit or daily practice, tracked separately so nothing gets averaged or hidden
A day-over-day comparison to the same weekday from the previous week, so you can see whether you're trending up or down over time
A full preview of what's scheduled for today
