How to use
1. Sign in or create an account at https://www.leanback.live.
2. In your Leanback dashboard, navigate to Integrations and select Notion.
3. Authorize Leanback to connect to your Notion workspace and choose the pages/databases containing your team's tasks or sprint boards.
4. Connect your Slack workspace to enable automated async check-ins and AI summary digests.
5. Configure your team's sync schedule (e.g., daily standup times) and invite your team members.
