About
Fillo is headless form infrastructure for product teams. Build forms in the editor or in code and render them natively inside your product—without an iframe.
Connect Notion once, then enable it for any Fillo form. Fillo creates a structured database beneath the Notion page you share during installation. Every accepted response becomes a Notion page with the submission time, Fillo response ID, a Created or Updated label, and properties mapped from the form’s fields.
Use Notion views, filters, assignments, and automations to turn product feedback, customer intake, vendor reviews, applications, and internal requests into work. Choose which answer names each page. When a form gains fields or a Notion property changes, Fillo reconciles the database schema. Delivery failures remain visible in Fillo and can be replayed after the issue is fixed.
Created and updated response events are appended as separate Notion pages, keeping the history explicit. Uploaded files stay in the storage destination selected in Fillo; Notion receives formatted file references rather than file bytes.
Disconnecting Notion stops future deliveries. Existing Notion databases and pages remain in the workspace.

How to use
1. Select Add to Notion. If prompted, sign in to Fillo and switch to the Fillo workspace that should own the connection.
2. In Notion, select one parent page where Fillo may create response databases, then approve access.
3. Return to Fillo and open the form you want to connect.
4. Go to Settings → Response destinations → Notion.
5. Select Create database & enable. Fillo creates a database for that form beneath the page you shared.
6. Optionally choose which form answer should be used as each Notion page title.
7. Submit a production-shaped test response and open the new database from Fillo to confirm the mapped properties.
Repeat steps 3–7 for other forms. One workspace connection can serve multiple Fillo forms, and each enabled form receives its own Notion database.
