Nobody likes standup meetings. This agent replaces them.
Every morning, it checks your Projects and Tasks databases and posts a brief to Slack. Color-coded health labels tell you what's on track, what's at risk, and what's gone stale — before anyone has to ask.
The format changes by day:
- Monday: full week overview with status labels for every project
- Tuesday–Thursday: just today and tomorrow
- Friday: today plus a preview of next week
Health labels are automatic:
- 🟢 On track — tasks moving, deadline comfortable
- 🟡 At risk — deadline close, tasks behind
- 🔴 Stale — nothing updated in 7+ days
You can also chat with it anytime to ask "what should I focus on today?" and it'll pull your tasks, sort by urgency, and give you the top 5.
Works without Slack too — it'll post the brief in Notion chat instead.
Includes:
- Projects database (Name, Status, Due Date, Owner, Type)
- Tasks database (Name, Status, Due Date, Owner, Priority, Last Updated)
