Retell

Retell connects your Notion workspace to Retell AI voice agents. Setup runs on Retell’s externally hosted Integrations Hub (integrations.retellai.com)—not inside Notion. After you authorize Notion, save your Retell API key, register the issued webhook in Retell, and paste a Notion automation webhook URL into your database rules. When a row meets your conditions (for example a “Call now” status) and consent is allowed, Notion sends a webhook to Retell’s backend, which places the call and can write outcomes back to that page. Requires a Retell account, API key, and Retell phone number; Retell telephony/usage charges may apply. Selected Notion properties you connect are transferred to Retell for calling and writeback. A dashboard shows connection status, keys, webhook URLs, and recent activity.

1: Open https://integrations.retellai.com/notion/setup and sign in to Retell if prompted.

2: Confirm the data-transfer notice, then click Connect to authorize Notion. When you return, wait until the UI shows Connected.

3: Enter your Retell API key and save it for this workspace (stored on the server, not in the browser).

4: Choose a Retell outbound caller ID and set the Notion consent / DNC property name (for example “Call allowed”).

5: Copy the Retell webhook URL from the wizard and add it under Retell → Webhooks in the Retell dashboard.

6: Copy the Notion automation webhook URL into a database automation (Automations → Send webhook). Include phone and consent fields in the payload.

7: Click Complete setup, then use the dashboard for settings, activity, and uninstall.
