- Create your InboxPilot account and sign in.
- Complete the quick onboarding process to tell InboxPilot about your business.
- Connect your email inbox (Gmail or Outlook).
- Connect your Notion workspace and choose the pages, databases, FAQs, SOPs, and documentation you want InboxPilot to learn from.
- Configure your preferences, including draft-only or auto-send mode, writing tone, routing rules, labels, and automations.
- InboxPilot will begin analyzing incoming emails, retrieving relevant information from Notion, and generating AI-powered drafts for your team.
