Formspark is a backend for your forms. Point your HTML form at Formspark and it handles everything after someone clicks submit: storing the submission, notifying your team, and sending it wherever you need it.
There is no JavaScript library to install and no server to run.
Connect a form to Notion and Formspark creates a database for it, inside a page you share during setup, then adds every new submission as an entry the moment it arrives.
