simple & straightforward
every other template i've tried that's marketed to ADHD folk has been ridiculously complicated and overwhelming.
the pages/databases/etc and tools in this template are concepts i've learned over the years, but practicing them has been nearly impossible without an outline to help direct me.
finding something that's specifically tailored to executive dysfunction (hi, that's me!) that gives a guide to follow gives me so much hope that basic things in life won't be so overwhelming.D
